Recruitment at theIDLgroup

theIDLgroup is always keen to hear from great people interested to join our in-house team. Following a strong period of growth in 2010, we will be looking for new consultancy staff in all of our portfolios throughout 2011. If you haven't done so already, please take a look at our staff vacancies page.

We recruit into our in-house consultancy team at three entry levels:

  • Senior Consultant  - experienced consultants with a relevant track record of 10 - 15 years
  • Consultant - consultants with 5-10 years relevant experience
  • Research Consultant - consultants with 3 or more years relevant experience.

In addition we have an Internship scheme for recent Masters graduates typically with 18 months - 2 years relevant experience.

We look for outstanding professionals who are also team players, keen to mentor and support others and to contribute to our collegiate working environment. It doesn't matter at what grade you enter the firm, there is always room for progression. On the consultancy side there are possibilities to develop to Senior, Principal or Managing Consultant. Equally, if you have the ambition and entrepreneurial skills to grow part of our business and manage, mentor and guide a team of people there is the option to take on a Portfolio Team Leader role. Within the Business Support Team you are encouraged to progress within the team and carve out a role which reflects your interests and expertise. In all positions we emphasise the need for ongoing training and career development, and encourage staff where appropriate to gain further accreditation and qualifications in their field.

We advertise internal vacancies in local newspapers, The Economist, online and on our website. The details of any current vacancies are shown on our staff vacancies page.  You can also send in your CV and a covering email/letter at any stage should you wish to be considered for positions not yet launched. Please send these to recruitment@theIDLgroup.com.
