Tu is a Vietnamese national with almost 10 years work experience on various ODA projects/international organisations across Vietnam. He has been involved in a number of sectors including accounting and financing, office administration and management, project management, study tour and event organisation, translation/ interpretation and tourist services. On top of that, his experience in working with Vietnamese Government agencies has been developed over many years.
