A development practitioner with over 10 years experience in advising donors, governments and CSOs on development issues related to participatory governance, citizenship, voice, accountability and capturing impact in complex environments. She has extensive experience with assessments in relation to civil society, programme design, monitoring, evaluation, participatory driven development in the arena of governance programmes. She has worked effectively with organisations and colleagues to support rights based strategies, design of future programmes, citizen voice and government accountability in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Renee’s work continues to accompany programme processes to support vulnerable and excluded groups to have improved access to resources, information and security, and to encourage better governance, responsiveness and accountability towards citizens.

- Solid monitoring and evaluation skills to advise programmes and projects

- Management experience on large scale civil society programmes and projects
- Facilitation and training experience in diverse cross cultural and post conflict settings
