Dom Morris Research Consultant Intern |
Dominic has a multi-disciplinary background focusing upon Governance, Conflict, Security and Development, with a particular interest in the security-development-nexus and the political economy of conflict. Dominic has field experience in Africa and Eastern Europe focusing on both consultancies and research. His work has involved engagement with national governments, international development agencies and national NGOs. Hands-on skills include research and analysis, project/programme design and monitoring and evaluation. Dominic’s field based experience is complimented by strong desk based research, analysis and writing skills, particularly in the field of monitoring and evaluation. His recent work has included a Strategic Governance and Corruption and Analysis and a review of British Statebuilding efforts in Sierra Leone and the Evaluation of the EU’s Mediterranean Water Governance Programme.
Dominic’s ability to robustly perform in challenging environments is underpinned by military experience as a pilot in the Royal Air Force and his current activities within the Territorial Army.
