Martin Hall Financial Director

Martin holds a portfolio of  Chairman and Commercial/Finance Director roles with Venture Capital and privately owned businesses. He is also a Trustee and Vice Chairman of The Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust. 

Martin focuses on building effective boards and senior executive teams, on setting and implementing growth/change strategy, sales and business development and providing corporate finance advice through acquisition, fundraising and exit transactions. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London in 1984 before moving to business advisory activity and corporate finance where he led the South West regional team as Partner to 2001. Martin has extensive sector experience in manufacturing, building, construction and related service businesses and with professional services businesses.

Martin is a qualified Civil Engineer with practical experience of contracts and managing large projects.
